As a group with very high network utilization,college students are the main forces that generate power for the Internet public opinion and they are also the object of its influence.This paper analyzes the impact of Internet public opinion on the collective incidents and the classification,characteristics,causes of Internet public opinion of the college collective incidents.On this basis,a rapid response mechanism and procedures are constructed,and treatment principles and methods and information collecting and judging methods are proposed.
