将官员舆情危机事件分为违法犯罪、任职资格、生活作风、个人修养、意外伤害五种类型,并收集了62例近年官员舆情危机事件作为研究样本,从响应时隔、问责时隔、调查情况、暴力手段使用情况、公开道歉、事件类型及其问责情况六个方面对政府及官员应对方式进行统计分析。在此基础上指出应提高官员自身能力及媒介素养、充分利用"黄金4小时"、引入第三方协作调查机制、调查快速问责有力、慎用警力处置,以有效地应对官员舆情危机事件。
We classify officials public opinions crisis events into five categories including illegal crime,qualifications,life style,personal accomplishment,accidental injury,and collect 62 cases of officials public opinions crisis events in recent years as researching samples.After analyzing the way and effects of our present government's coping with the officials public opinions crisis events from the response time,the accountability time,the investigation,the violence's use,the apology,and the event's type and its accountability,we point out that in order to cope with the officials public opinions crisis events more effectively,the government should improve their ability and dedia literacy,make full use of The golden 4 hours,introduce the third party into the investigation,make investigation fast and accountability powerful and use policy with caution.
