在定义生态交通效率概念的基础上,将城市交通能源消耗、环境污染纳入城市道路网络优化中,构建了基于生态交通效率的城市道路网络双层优化模型。模型以生态交通效率最大化为目标,以道路建设投资、能源消耗、环境保护为约束条件,采用遗传算法与模拟退火算法的混合求解策略求解。实例应用结果表明:改进后的模型能在规划中克服传统规划对环境保护、能源消耗等因素考虑不足的缺陷,提供考虑因素更为全面的网络优化方案,为可持续城市交通的发展提供参考依据。
Based on definition of eco-transport efficiency, consumption and environmental pollution into optimization of road network optimization model based on eco-transport efficie took maximization of eco-transport efficiency as optimization go authors took transport energy urban road network. A bi-level ncy was put forward. The model al, and took the road construction investment, energy consumption, environmental protection as constraints. The hybrid strategy of genetic algorithms and simulated annealing algorithm was applied to model solution. Application results show that the improved model can overcome the weakness of traditional model, i. e. deficiency on environmental protection and energy consumption. It will provide a more comprehensive consideration for optimization network program, and provide decision support for the sustainable development of urban transport.
