By discussing the relationship between head and meridians as well as the clinical application and experiment theory basis, this paper discussed the theory basis of head acupuncture treating stroke sequelae. Through the exploration of manipulation effect of head acupuncture treating stroke sequelae, it also explained the effective function of head acupuncture. Combined with medical cases, it further proved the clinical effect of head acupuncture in the treatment of stroke sequelae.
