目的:观察激素补充联合抗衰汤对卵巢早衰妇女症状、体像及内分泌功能的影响。方法:选取2014年1月—2015年12月我院妇科收治的100例卵巢早衰患者为研究对象,抽签随机法均分为观察组和对照组,对照组行激素补充治疗,观察组另行激素补充联合抗衰汤治疗,两组均持续治疗3个月。观察两组治疗后临床疗效,并比较治疗前、后患者内分泌功能[血清中雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)]变化情况,观察治疗前、后两组患者体像障碍评分变化情况,同时观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率98.00%显著高于对照组80.00%(P〈0.05);治疗后3个月两组患者血清E2均较治疗前显著上升,血清LH、FSH分别均较治疗前显著降低,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后观察组血清E2(178.38±15.32)IU/L较对照组上升显著,血清LH(32.96±9.68)IU/L、FSH(40.41±10.2)IU/L分别均较对照组降低显著,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);治疗后两组体像障碍评分均较治疗前显著下降,治疗后3个月、6个月、1年观察组(30.18±2.56)分、(23.76±3.38)分、(13.28±9.01)分分别均较对照组下降显著(P〈0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率26.00%显著低于对照组54.00%(P〈0.05)。结论:激素补充联合抗衰汤对卵巢早衰妇女临床疗效显著,能够显著改善患者内分泌功能及由卵巢早衰引起的临床症状,从而达到显著降低患者体像障碍评分的目的,具有临床应用价值。
Objective:To observe the effect of hormone replacement combined with Anti-aging Decoction on symptoms,body images and endocrine function in women with premature ovarian failure. Methods:100 cases of patients with premature ovarian failure who were treated in the department of gynaecology of our hospital between January 2014 and December 2015 were selected as the study objects and were divided into the observation group and the control group by random sampling method. The control group was treated with hormone replacement. The observation group was treated hormone replacement combined with Anti-aging Decoction. Both of the two groups were continuously treated for 3 months. The clinical curative effects in the two groups after treatment were observed. The changes of endocrine function[serum estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)]before and after treatment were compared. The changes of body-image disturbance score in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was also observed. Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.00%)(P〈0.05);3 months after the treatment,E2 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment while serum LH and FSH were significantly lower than those before treatment(P〈0.05);After treatment,the increase of serum E2(178.38±15.32)IU/L in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group.
