由于目前的X射线高压源调节步进不可控,无法实现能量序列的优化高效获取。对此设计了线性递变式X射线高压源。该高压源是在高频射线源设计理论的基础上,注重快速稳定的比例积分微分(PID)控制、线性递变、递变斜率调节等功能的设计与实现。测试结果表明,输出精度和纹波均小于1%,且递变过程可控并呈线性变化,满足成像过程中能量自适应的控制需求。
Because the step of current X-ray high-voltage source can't be controlled, so it can be unable to realize the optimized acquirement of sequence of energy efficiently.This paper puts forward the design of a linear gradient of X- ray high-voltage source.The high-voltage source pays attention to the design and validation of the fast and stable proportional integral differential(PID) control,linear gradient and the adjustment of a gradient of slope on the basis of the design theory of the high frequency ray source.Test shows that the precision of output and ripple is less than 1%, the process of grading can be controlled, the process of radiography can meet the requirements of the adaptive energy.
