This paper puts theory of reliability into research of electronic records management, and analysies its special requirements in cloud computing environment. The paper analysies reliability influence factors of electronic records management in cloud computing from four fields which are regulation reliability, environment reliability, system reliability and business reliability, then puts forwards corresponding reliability assurance strategies.
