This paper introduces Electronic records management in cloud computing, standards and guidelines system of Electronic records and Electronic records integrated management in China and foreign countries. The Paper compares differences of electronic records management in cloud computing with that in traditional network. The Paper puts forward four measures for Electronic records integrated management in cloud computing, those are： management mechanism innovation, standards and guidelines system improvement, regional governmental cloud construction and electronic records management business process reengineering.
