研究了一种新的圆柱齿轮传动修形方法,即齿轮双鼓修形。推导了圆柱齿轮在外载荷作用下的弯曲变形量,建立了双鼓修形齿面方程,确定了基于弯曲变形量的修形系数;并通过Matlab将修形前、后的齿轮齿面点进行了程序设计及运算。导入UG后建立了修形前、后的装配模型,利用涉入量法实现了对接触区的模拟,并通过ANSYS进行了应力分析,得到了加载时齿轮的等效应力分布情况。啮合性能分析表明,修形后的齿轮副具有良好的啮合性能,验证了修形理论的正确性。
A new method of cylindrical gear modification,namely double drum gear modification is studied. Bending deformation of cylindrical gear under the action of the load is deduced,the tooth surface equation of the double drum repairing is established,the modification coefficient based on bending deformation is identified. And the coordinates of points on the surface of the tooth before and after the modification is designed and operated by the process on Matlab. The assembly model before and after modification is established after import the coordinates to UG. The contact area of the gear is simulated by using the method of involvement and the stress analysis is carried out by ANSYS,then the equivalent stress distribution of loaded gear is obtained.The meshing performance analysis shows that the pair of gear has the better mesh performance after the modification and the correctness of modification theory is verifed.
