针对以往齿轮建模出现的问题,提出了一种简单易行的齿轮参数化建模和有限元分析方法.首先利用Microsoft Excel软件采集齿轮的渐开线和齿根过渡曲线数据,然后将采集的数据导入SolidWorks中,在SolidWorks软件的环境下快捷的生成齿轮的渐开线和齿根过渡曲线,再通过坐标变换调整曲线得到满足要求的齿轮齿廓曲线,通过拉伸、扫描、阵列、切除等特征,完成齿轮的三维实体造型.同时利用SolidWorks的Simulation插件对齿轮进行了有限元分析.该方法集齿轮建模和分析于一体,可以确保齿轮三维建模的准确性.
A iming at the previous problem appeared in gear modeling problem,a simple method is put forward to carry on parametric modeling and finite element analysis of gears.First of all,the data of tooth profile involute and tooth root transition is collected by means of the Microsoft Excel software.Then,by importing the collected data into SolidWorks,the tooth profile involute and tooth root transition is generated in the SolidWorks environment,by adjusting the curves through coordinate transformation to meet the requirements of the gear tooth profile,and the 3D solid modeling of gear is completed further.Next,the finite element analysis is carried out for the gear modeling by using the simulation modular in SolidWorks.This method can ensure the accuracy of gear 3D modeling by integrating the gear modeling and analysis.
