针对现有的双离合变速器技术,基于Matlab/Simulink平台,利用基于模型的设计思想建立5速双离合变速器简化模型,同时建立发动机简化模型提供动力输出,建立车身简化模型提供负载。在物理模型基础上进行基于模型的双离合器控制程序设计,实现基本的车辆起步和行进间自动换挡功能。最后对控制程序与变速器模型进行联合仿真,对仿真得到的发动机转速、车速、挡位等数据进行分析,用以验证控制程序的可行性,同时也对双离合变速器的工作原理和优越性进行分析和验证。
In view of the existing dual-clutch transmission technology, based on Matlab/Simulink platform, we established a simplified model of 5-speed dual-clutch transmission by using the model- based design idea. At the same time, we established a simplified model of engine for power outputting and a simplified model for automobile body providing the load. Based on the physical model, we de- signed the control program and realized the basic function of start and automatic shift. Finally, we made the joint simulation of the control program and the transmission model, and analyzed the data of engine speed, automobile speed and gears to verify the feasibility of the model and to validate the working principle and advantages of dual-clutch transmission at the same time.
