为了评价高速公路建设项目在施工期间的水土流失风险性大小,最大限度保证工程质量安全,本文建立郴宁高速公路建设项目水土流失风险评价模型,并以郴宁(郴州至宁远)高速公路为例进行验证。首先,依据水土流失的影响因素科学选取评价指标,并根据指标属性进行赋值和标准化处理;其次,运用层次分析法(AHP法)对选取的评价指标进行赋权,得到各指标权重;最后,引入水土流失影响度综合评价指数S,建立高速公路建设项目水土流失风险评价模型,根据评价值的大小给出与之对应的治理对策。
The model of risk assessment of water and soil loss of the Cheng-Ning expressway was established in this paper to evaluate the water and soil loss risk level.The model was applied to assess the water and soil loss risk in Chen-Ning Expressway to prove its validity and reliablity.Assessment index system was first established in the model,then the analytic hierarchy process was adopted to calculate the index weight.In the last,adopted exponent S to express the risk level of water and soil loss and established the water and soil loss risk assessment model.
