Based on the connotation and characteristics of strategic emerging industries, this paper constructs the development sys- tem of China＇s strategic emerging industries, points out that China＇s strategic emerging industry development system should consist of re- lying on foundation, internal drive, external factors, development orientation and success symbols. This paper also analyses the devel- opment path of China＇s strategic emerging industries, puts forward foUowing five aspects to promote the development of China＇s strategic emerging industries ： create distinctive industrial concentration area ; promote industrial innovation ability; strengthen the construction of high-tech talent team; promote the development of industry internationalization; promote upgrade of the brand.
