在分析倍捻机分布式控制系统的原理和人机交互系统控制需求的基础上, 设计倍捻机人机交互智能化系统。在嵌入式硬件平台上,制定和移植WinCE操作系统,建立倍捻机数据库和嵌入式Web服务器,编写人机交互应用程序和Web应用程序,以实现倍捻机人机交互的智能化,主要包括文件系统、倍捻机数据库系统和远程监测等。试验表明:该人机交互智能化系统控制简单、自动化程度高,能满足新型倍捻机智能控制的需求。
This paper designs human-machine interactive intelligent system of two-for-one twister based on the analysis on the principle of distributed control system of two-for-one twister and control need of human-machine interactive system; establishes and transplants WinCE operating system on embedded hardware platform, establishes two-for-one twister database and embedded Web server and writes human-machine interactive application and Web application so as to realize intellectualization of human-machine interaction of two-for-one twister. It mainly includes file system, two-for-one twister database system and remote monitoring. The test shows that this human-machine interactive intelligent system has simple control and high degree of automation and can meet the demand of intelligent control of new two-for-one twister.
