The triode field emission temperature sintering process display sample with carbon nanotube emitters was fabricated by the high of low-melting-point glass frit, with the lime-soda flat glass as rear and front faceplate. The reliable device fabrications was confirmed with high-performance sintering and exhaust air process, and the contamination of carbon nanotube cathode and phosphor layer was avoided. The improved getter installation technology was adopted for improving the device sealing performance. The whole flat display possessed high vision brightness and the device cost was cheap.
