实验提出以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNT)/ZnO纳米线复合材料作为场发射阴极薄膜,研究其图形化制备工艺以及其场发射特性。用丝网印刷工艺制备图形化MWCNT/ZnO纳米线复合阴极薄膜,实验获得合适的浆料配比以及适合的烘烤和烧结温度。对MWCNT/ZnO纳米线样品进行SEM分析和场发射特性测试,发现图形化阴极设计提高了场发射电流,并且改善场发射发光均匀度;材料组分的低维化明显降低场发射开启电压;加电老练处理有效改善场发射特性。
The MWCNT/ZnO nanowires composite material has been proposed as field emission cathode films in this paper, the graphic fabrication process and the field emission characteristics have also been studied. A series of MWCNT/ZnO nanowires composite cathode films, upon which the graph was drew, have been produced using the screen printing method. The influence of the protection flow in sintering process has been studied, and the suitable slurry proportion and sintering temperature have been ob- tained. The SEM analysis has been used to study and discuss the morphology of the samples of MWCNT/ ZnO nanowires. The graphic MWCNT/ZnO nanowires composite films have been carried out to compare the differences between field emission characteristics of graphic and non - graphic samples. Finally, the influence factors of field emission characteristics have been discussed, including different proportion of MWCNT/ZnO nanowires, selection of ZnO nanowires or ZnO powder, electrical aging treatment, and so on. A simple analysis to the luminescence photos has also been given.
