采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对塑料模零件淬火过程中不同时段的温度场、应力场及变形情况进行了数值模拟,有效预测了塑料模零件的变形和开裂部位,通过模拟数值对塑料模零件淬火方式及工艺参数进行了优化。
The fmite element analysis software ANS~S Workbench was used for the numerical simulation of the temperature field, stress field and deformation at different times of the quenching process of mould component for plastics. The deformation and cracking position of the mould component were effectively predicted and the quenching way and process oarameters were optimized based on the simnlation values.
