建立了高效液相色谱法测定酸枣叶中芦丁含量的方法。采用KromasilC18色谱柱;以甲醇~0.1%磷酸(50:50)为流动相;流速为1mL/min;检测波长为370nm测定了忻州地区酸枣叶中芦丁含量。结果表明:芦丁回归方程y=675221x+794.16(r=0.9998),在0.153μg-1.53μg范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率100.57%,RSD=0.96%(n=5)。该法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可用于酸枣叶中芦丁含量测定。
The contents of rutin in leaves of Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The samples was separated using Kromasil C18 (150 mmx4.6 ram, 5 μm) column, Methanol -0.1%phosphoric acid (50 : 50) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength of 370 nm. The result suggested that the linear range of rutin concentration was from 0.153μg to 1.53 μg. y=675 221x+794.16 (r=0.999 8), the average recovery was 100.57 % with the RSD of 0.96 %. The proposed method had highly repeatability and selectivity. It was simple, fast and could be used for the determination of rutin in leaves of Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa.
