Organizational learning is a process full of risks and uncertainties, thus control mechanism is needed to re- duce the risk of organizational learning and uncertainties in order to realize the goal of organizational learning. There- fore, it's important to study the effect of control mechanism on the relationship between organizational learning and en- terprise performance. It finds out that process control positively impacts the relationship between exploratory learning and enterprise performance while negatively impacts the relationship between exploitative learning and enterprise per- formance ; the outcome control negatively moderates the linkage between exploratory learning and enterprise performance while positively moderates the linkage between exploitative learning and enterprise performance.
