This study tests the relationships of organizational learning to technological innovation and managerial innovation and the moderating effects of entrepreneurial orientation on these relationships. It finds explorative learning has a positive relationship with man- agerial innovation, and exploitative learning has positive linkages with managerial innovation and technological innova- tion. Entrepreneurial orientation positively moderates the relationship of explorative learning to technological innovation and that of ex- ploitative learning to managerial innovation.
