本文以大伙房-观音阁-葠窝水库群为研究实例,首先根据水库群的拓扑结构和共同供水目标的分布情况,分层构建了两个虚拟聚合水库和相应的联合调度图;并根据水库自身属性以及供水任务,在分配共同供水任务时联合使用分水比例法和补偿调节法两种方法;同时设置补给限制线以避免过度补偿。然后以此构建水库群联合调度模型,并采用改进遗传算法对模型进行优化求解,得到相应联合调度规则。最后为了检验该联合调度规则的合理性与有效性,设置不考虑补给限制线分配方案,对两种方案的调度结果进行对比分析,分析结果表明考虑补给限制线的补偿调节法可以更好地分配观音阁-葠窝水库共同供水任务,提升整个库群的供水效益。
In this paper, Dahuofang-Guanyinge-Shenwo multi-reservoir system is studied as an example. Firstly, two virtual polymerized reservoirs and the corresponding joint scheduling charts are constructed hier- archically according to the topology structure of multi-reservoir and the distribution of joint water supply task, and meanwhile, the water ratio method and compensative regulation are combined according to proper- ties and water supply task of each reservoir. Specifically, a limit curve of supply is designed to avoid the oversupply. Secondly, a joint operation model of multi-reservoir system has been established, and the joint dispatching rules are derived according to the improved genetic algorithm. Finally, in order to examine the rationality and effectiveness of the optimal joint dispatching rules, a comparative case is set which uses the compensative regulation method without limit. The results show that the compensation adjustment method considering limit curve of supply could exert the effects of the underlying hydrological compensation and op- eration compensation, and could better allocate common tasks of water supply for Guanyinge-Shenwo reser- voir system.
