黄曲霉毒素主要是由真菌寄生曲霉和黄曲霉产生的次生代谢产物,具有极强的毒性、致癌、致畸、致突变的特性,不仅能降低动物的生长性能,而且残留在动物体内的黄曲霉毒素给人类食品质量安全带来极大威胁。如何降低饲料中黄曲霉毒素含量成为研究热点,其中环境友好型生物防治技术备受学者青睐。本文通过对近年来利用生物拮抗剂技术预防黄曲霉毒素污染进行综述,以期为我国高效畜牧业发展提供参考。
Aflatoxin are secondary metabolites produced by the fungus Aspergillus parasiticus and Aspergillus flavus ,with highly toxic, carcinogenic,teratogenic and mutagenic characteristics, can not only reduce the growth performance of animal, but also the residual aflatoxins in animal body brings great threat to human food safety.Therefore how to reduce aflatoxin in feed become the focus of research.The use of environmentally friendly biological control technology is favored by scholars.In this paper,the use of biological antagonists to prevent aflatoxin contamination in recent years was reviewed, in order to provide references for the development of animal husbandry in China.
