设计并制备具有催化活性的功能化BrSnsted酸性离子液体[CH4COOHPy]Cl,并与H2O2组成漂白体系。离子液体中活性基团-COOH与H2O可形成漂白活性更高的-COOOH,对织物进行漂白加工。结果表明,含有-COOH结构的功能化离子液体具有较高的催化漂白活性,能提高织物的白度,同时能降低织物的强力损伤。
A bleaching system which combines a highly active bronsted functional ionic liquid with H2O2 is prepared. Making full use of the fact that a even more highly active bleaching system --COOOH can be formed when group --COOH combines with H2O2, researches have done mainly in the effects which the new bleaching system can exert on the whiteness of fabric. The results show that the functional ionic liquid with --COOH structure has a higher catalytic bleaching activity, which can efficiently improve the whiteness and reduce strength loss at the same time.
