以亚甲基蓝(MB)为反应底物,模拟印染废水,考察竹炭(BC)作载体负载金属酞菁对MB的脱色反应.结果表明:竹炭负载酞菁铁对MB有较好的催化脱色效果;在0.05g/L MB溶液40mL、负载量为4%的酞菁铁、催化剂用量为0.35g、质量分数为30%的H2O220mL时,可见光下反应6h,MB脱色率可达98.53%,COD去除率可达60.12%;MB溶液脱色后为弱酸性,反应后有Cl-,NO3-,NH4+,SO42-生成.
Using methylene blue(MB)as the reaction substrate to imitate the product of printing and dyeing,this work studied the decolorization reduction of MB catalized by bamboo carbon(BC)loaded metal phthalocyanine.The result shows that BC loaded iron phthalocyanine has better catalytic activity for degradation of MB.The decolorization removal ratio of MB is up to 98.53 % under the conditions which the amount of iron phthalocyanine is 0.35 g catalytic and 20 mL 30% hydrogen peroxide with visible conditions for 6hours,and the COD degradability rate is 60.12 %.MB solution became weak acid,and degraded to Cl-,NO3-,NH4+and SO42-ions after decolorization.
