通过光学显微分析和显微硬度测试研究了冷变形对9Cr低活化马氏体钢显微组织的影响,以及冷变形后退火再结晶过程中冷变形量(5%~75%)、退火温度(700~810℃)和保温时间(15~150 min)对显微组织的影响,获得退火再结晶图。当变形量为5%和10%时,样品在810℃的高温下退火120 min只发生回复过程;当变形量大于20%时,在780℃下退火120 min即可获得再结晶组织;当变形量达75%时,退火再结晶组织具有带状结构。通过试验获得了最佳的冷变形及退火再结晶工艺:冷变形量20%~60%,退火温度750~780℃,退火时间60~120 min。
The effect of various cold deformation(5%-75%),annealing temperature(700-810 ℃)and holding time(15-150 min)on the recrystallization annealing process of 9Cr low activation martensite steel was investigated.The crystallizing level was evaluated by hardness test and metallographic examination.The recrystallization annealing chart for 120 min holding time with different temperatures and cold deformation was obtained.The results show that only recovery occurred in the 5% and 10% compressed samples after annealing at 810 ℃ for 120 min,while recrystallization was observed over 20% compressed samples after annealing at 780 ℃ for 120 min.From the study of 75% compressed specimens,the banded structure was found after recrystallization.The optimal cold working parameters and recrystallization annealing process were obtained as:cold deformation 20%-60%,recrystallization annealing temperature 750-780 ℃,holding time 60-120 min.
