针对现有区域性产地环境信息系统的构建方式无法有效管理全国范围内海量产地环境信息的问题,该文从国家级产地环境系统的需求入手,设计了基于SOA的分布式系统结构,建立国家级产地环境管理评价系统,以网络服务方式实现对全国产地内采样点和地块基本信息的采集、存储和可视化管理。系统利用块克里金插值方法对地块重金属指标进行估算,依据国家标准进行土壤质量评价和食用农产品、无公害产品、绿色食品的耕作适宜性评价。运行结果表明,系统具有良好的稳定性、伸缩性和重用性,能够为同类型的国家级信息系统的建设提供参考。
Aiming at the problem that existing regional information systems of farmland environment cannot efficiently manage the massive environmental data within the national scope,the paper analyzed the requirements of national environmental information system of the farmlands,designed the distributed system structure based on SOA to construct the national information system for environmental management and evaluation of farmlands,in which the data of samples and plots in national farmlands were collect,store and visualize through the web-services.The system could estimate the value of heavy metal in the plots through block Kriging interpolation,and make the quality evaluation of the soil and the farming suitability evaluation of edible agricultural products,non-pollution food and green food according to the national standards.Operation result showed that the system had good stability,flexibility and reusability so that it could provide a reference for the construction of the same type of national information system.
