为了明确对于凶杀案件中死亡时间判断有重要意义的蝇蛹的形态随时间的变化规律,以便于法医学中死亡时间判断的需要.在12、16、20、24、28、33℃饲养了丝光绿蝇井定期取样、解剖,显微镜下观察其体表形态变化,结果表明,丝光绿蝇蛹的解剖特征有规律性的变化,根据这些变化可将蛹期划分为8个阶段,不同恒温下达到以上阶段所需的时间不同,高温下短而低温下长,蛹的时间特征性形态规律可用于死亡时间的判断.
Forensic imoprtant fly Lucilia sericata was reared at diffent constant temperature to study chronology of plarate adult development with puparium for application in the determination of post mottem interval of homicide. The result showed some regular features change within puparium could be used as age markers. According to this, the pupal stage of L. sericatacould bve divided into 8 stages. The time required for each stage at different constnat temperature was different. shorter in higher temperature and longer in low temperature. Chronology change patterns of fly’s pupa could be used as insect age mark, i. e.: postmortem interval indicator.
