At present,our country has stepped into the final stage of urbanization rapid development. After the quality of Xi＇an urbanization development is measured by theurbanization quality evaluation system of AHP method,it is concluded that Xi＇an urbanization development quality is not high. However,the lower quality of urbanization leads to a series of social problems,so some concreted measures are presented in order to promote coordinating development of Xi＇an urbanization and economy and society.
