我国应用型本科教育在高等职业教育中孕育,在服务地方经济社会发展中成长,展现出较好的生命力,但在学科建设、师资队伍、人才培养等方面的办学行为与办学定位存在一定偏差,也面临着缺乏政策的支持和引导,相关理论未确立,评估指标与发展定位不符等外在制约。对应用型本科教育发展的特点及存在的问题进行分析,有助于更好地促进其科学办学、理性办学,从而提升大众化教育背景下人才培养质量。
Originated from the higher vocational education,China's applied undergraduate education grows in serving the local economic and social development,showing its great vitality.However,it deviates from the positioning of running school in terms of the discipline construction,teaching staff and the cultivation of talents.It also faces some exterior restrictions: the lack of support and guidance from policies,non-determination of relevant theories and the inconsistency between assessment indicators and development positioning.Analyzing the development characteristics and extant problems of the applied undergraduate education is helpful to promote running school in a scientific and reasonable way,so as to improve the quality of cultivating talents in the context of popular education.
