新常态下,民族地区经济社会发展面临一系列的机遇和挑战,做好新形势下的民族工作面临严峻的考验。本文结合新常态下民族工作的实际,结合十八届五中全会提出的＂创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享＂五大发展理念,主要从五大发展各自的时代内涵、紧迫性和路径选择方面阐述了新常态下坚持和贯彻五大发展理念做好民族工作的重要性。

Under the new normal conditions,economic and social developments are facing a series of opportunities and challenges in ethnic areas, there are severe tests in doing well national affairs under the new situation. Combining real work under the new situation and development concepts of＂ innovation, coordination, green, opening, sharing＂ which were put forward on the Fifth Session of Eighteenth Central Committee of the CPC,this article mainly sets forth the importance of carrying out and practicing five development concepts to do well national affairs under new normal conditions from their respective age meaning, urgency and route selection of the five developments.
