针对轴转物体转速的测量,提出了一种基于现场可编程门阵列的轴转物体转速测量系统设计方案。通过光电编码器将步进电机转速转化为电量,artusII开发软件环境下,采用硬件描述语言VerilogHDL,在FPGA上实现了对步进电机转速的测量,最终在数码管上显示了测量结果。实验结果表明,轴转物体转速测量系统的误差率在0.3%-5.6%,转动频率的测量范围为0到99.99Hz。
To measure the rotational frequency of rotating object, the rotational frequency measurement system of rotating object based on FPGA (field programmable gate array) is proposed. In this design scheme, the motor speed is converted into electric pa rameter by optical-electricity encode and is measured in FPGA by the Verilog HDL (hardware discription language) in the Quartus II development software environment. Finally, the measurement result can be displayed in the nixie tubes. Experimental results confirm that the error rate of the rotational frequency measurement system of rotating object based on FPGA is from 0.3% to 5.6%, and the measuring range of rotational frequency is from 0Hz to 99.99Hz.
