大型民机结构尺寸庞大且起飞和着陆质量大,使得大型民机起落架的设计与中、小型民机以及军机起落架相比在结构柔性、地面载荷、结构布局形式、缓冲性能、疲劳寿命、可靠性、维护性、保障性、减重、降噪和操纵方式等方面都具有自身的特点。本文围绕大型民机起落架大型化、民用性和其他关键技术等几个方面的特点综述了大型民机起落架设计技术的国内外现状和发展趋势,并指出我国发展大型民机起落架所急需解决和突破的相关关键技术。
The large civil aircraft has large fuselage size and large take-off weight and landing weight. The design of large civil aircraft has its own characteristics in many respects, such as structure flexibility, ground loads, layout arrangement, strut performance, fatigue life, reliability, maintainability, supportability, weight reduction, reduction of aerodynamic noise radiation, methods of ground maneuver, and so on. This paper describes the state-of-the-art and trends on the technologies of large civil aircraft design, and points out the key technologies of the large civil aircraft design in China.
