针对传统Miner理论无法考虑载荷加载顺序的缺陷,应用模糊数学方法分析了不同载荷顺序下疲劳极限附近的应力对构件造成疲劳损伤的模糊性,使修正后的模糊Miner理论能够较好地反映出载荷加载顺序对疲劳寿命的影响。算例分析的结果表明,该方法使疲劳寿命的预测误差由原来的63%减小到14.7%,说明这一方法具有较好的预测精度和工程实用价值。
For the traditional Miner's rule can not consider about the load sequence, fuzzy mathematics was used to analyze the fuzziness of fatigue damage due to the stress beside the fatigue vague. The correctional fuzzy Miner's rule can reflect the influence of load sequence on fatigue life. The result of calculations shows that the prediction error can reduce from 63% to 14. 7%. Therefore,the method has better prediction precision and practicality value.
