中文摘要:

通过理论分析和田间试验,研制出一种既能宽幅收获,又可高速切割高速作业的新型高速齿型链式割草压扁机。介绍其工作原理、结构特点和主要技术参数。田间试验表明:该机结构紧凑,传动简单,配套动力普遍,切割速度可达7.5m/s,且工作平稳,可一次性完成拨禾、切割、压扁铺条等一系列作业,提高了劳动生产率,经济实用。

英文摘要:

A new type of haybine was invented with analysis of systematically theory and field experiments,it can perform not only at high cut speed and forward speed but also with advantages of wide coverage working.The working principle,structure design and primary designing index were introduced in the paper.Field experiments indicated that the harvester was compact in structure and simple in transmission with widespread kit motive,the cutting speed is not only up to 7 m/s but also working smoothly,it can finish the whole process of walking with conveying,cutting,crushing,as well as laying at the same time and improve the productivity,It is economic and practical.
