For studying the law of press of wheat milling,the milling flow fields were simulated with Fluent software.The simulated results could directly show its properties of the flow fields and law of press.The flow field while the rotating rating of fast roller is 250 r/min,300 r/min and 400 r/min and the differential is 1.21：1,1.25：1 and 1.27：1was simulated,the simulation result show that rotating rate at 300r/min and differential at 1.25：1 is the best working status.
