为了研究小麦籽粒对辊粉磨过程中压力分布规律,本文运用计算流体动力学软件FLUENT对粉磨流场进行了模拟,直观显示了粉磨工作区域内的流场特性和压力分布规律;对快辊转速分别为250r/min、300r/min和400r/min以及快、慢辊速比分别为1.21、1.25和1.27等不同操作参数下的粉磨流场进行了流场模拟,结果显示,快辊转速为300r/min,速比为1.25时为最佳工作状态。
For studying the law of press of wheat milling,the milling flow fields were simulated with Fluent software.The simulated results could directly show its properties of the flow fields and law of press.The flow field while the rotating rating of fast roller is 250 r/min,300 r/min and 400 r/min and the differential is 1.21:1,1.25:1 and 1.27:1was simulated,the simulation result show that rotating rate at 300r/min and differential at 1.25:1 is the best working status.
