英文摘要：

Based on knowledge transfer process theory and characteristics and related factors affecting the industry innovation alliance, the paper presents the conceptual model of factors influencing knowledge transfer. We analyze the factors influencing organizational knowledge transfer from the aspect of knowledge itself, the main factors league, union of situational factors influence knowledge transfer, and then put forward the assumptions accordingly. Finally,we select typical industries and enterprises to do empirical research, quantitativly determining the transfer path of these factors on industrial innovation performance of alliance knowledge so as to provide a reference for effective knowledge transfer.
