某电厂国产超超临界1000MW汽轮发电机组在调试启动中发生强烈的低频油膜涡动故障,油膜涡动发生在中压3、4号可倾瓦轴承。通过对振动特征和安装数据的分析,判断机组增加顶轴油管等因素导致轴承自位能力和稳定性降低是引起油膜涡动的主要原因。通过修改顶轴油管道布置,并对4号轴承标高和顶隙进行调整,消除了机组油膜涡动故障。
During the commissioning process of a 1 000MW domestic uhra-supercritical turbine -generator unit, oil whirl occurs in complete startup with a strong low-frequency vibration in No. 3,4 tihing-pad bearing. Based on the analysis of installation data and vibration characteristics, the reduction of bearing self - alignment capacity and stability due to mounting the jacking oil pipelines in No. 3,4 bearing is diagnosed as the main reason inducing oil whirl. Through the adjustment for the elevation and headspace of No. 4 bearing and then modifying the layout of jacking oil pipeline, the oil whirl fault is eliminated.
