为了提高薄壁圆管的耐撞性,基于可靠性理论与响应面近似技术,建立了薄壁圆管的高精度近似模型,提出一种基于产品质量工程的可靠性优化设计方法。与传统确定性优化结果相比,可靠性优化结果不仅较好地满足了薄壁圆管的耐撞性要求,而且大大提高了优化设计的效率。同时,薄壁圆管的使用可靠性也有较大幅度的提高。
To improve the crashworthiness of thin-walled tube,the high precision approximate models of the thin-walled were established based on the reliability theory and approximate technology,furthermore,a reliability optimization method was proposed based on the product quality engineering.Reliability optimal results meet better the requirements of the crashworthiness and energy absorption of thin-walled tube by comparing to the traditional certain optimal result,and increase the efficiency of optimization design greatly,meantime,which makes reliability of thin-walled tube improve greatly.
