供应链网络绩效评价是供应链管理的核心问题。相对于传统DEA方法，网络DEA能准确描述供应链网络内部的复杂结构对供应链网络绩效的影响。文章在建立合适的输入输出指标体系及其量化方法的前提下，运用两阶段合作网络DEA方法对供应链网络绩效进行评价，最后使用算例进行了计算和比较分析。结果表明，基于网络DEA的供应链网络绩效评价，不仅可以得到供应链整体评价结果，而且还可以发现整体低效原因，因此能够为供应链管理提供更为全面的绩效评价信息。

英文摘要：

The evaluation of the supply chain performance is key in the supply chain management. Compared to the traditional DEA methods, network-DEA could describe the effect of the inner complex structure on the supply chain performance precisely. Based on the input0output index system and the quanititative method, the two-phase network-DEA was used to evaluate the sup-ply chain performance. The example results showed that evaluation of the supply chain performance based on network-DEA could measure the entire performance of the supply chain find the main reasons that lead to poor efficiency, so the method could pro-vide the more comprelensive information to the supply chain management.
