介绍了隔膜泵的结构和特性,讨论隔膜泵替代二甲醚(DME)发动机传统喷油泵的可行性,建立隔膜泵膜片的有限元模型,利用有限元软件对膜片进行应力分析,以获得隔膜泵膜片的受力情况。结合隔膜泵的发展,分析各类隔膜泵的优缺点,在二甲醚可控预混合燃烧和低压喷射技术的基础上,设计出了一种适合作为二甲醚发动机的喷油泵。
This paper introduces the structure and characteristic of diaphragm pump,discusses the feasibility of using diaphragm pump engine instead of traditional injection pump engine,and establishes the diaphragm pump diaphragm finite element model.It uses finite element software the membrane stress analysis and to obtain the pump diaphragm stress situation.Combined with the development of various types of diaphragm pump and analysed the advantages and disadvantages of them.Bosedon DME controllable premixed combustion and low pressure injection technology,it designs a suitable as DME engine fuel injection pump.
