土地资源作为最重要的基本生产力要素之一和有限的稀缺资源,如何高效优化配置土地资源成为影响长三角地区社会经济可持续发展的一个重要因素。在系统评价2000~2005年以及2007年长三角地区16个城市土地市场化程度基础上,利用GIS技术对16个城市的土地市场化程度进行了空间自相关分析。结果显示,16个城市的土地市场化程度在2000—2005年以及2007年均存在微弱的正空间自相关,表明长三角地区16个城市的土地市场化程度参差不齐,各城市间土地市场化程度差异还比较明显。为了更好地促进土地资源的高效配置和长三角区域各城市间经济的快速协调发展,最后提出了建立长三角地区统一的土地市场,优化配置区域内有限的土地资源来解决当前长三角地区土地资源稀缺的政策建议。图1,表3,参19。
Because land resource is one of most important basic productivity factors and rare resources, how to efficiently allocate the urban land resource will greatly influence the social and economic sustainable development of Yangtze River Delta. Based on the evalua- tion of the levels of urban land marketization of sixteen cities in Yangtze River Delta from 2000 to 2005 and in 2007 year , we analyzed the spatial autocorrelation of the level of urban land marketization by GIS technology. The results showed that there are overall slight positive spatial autocorrelations of the level of urban land marketization in seven years at the 16 cities in Yangtze River Delta. The re- sult about the spatial autocorrelation of the level of urban land marketization reflected that the levels of urban land marketization were obviously different in the 16 cities in Yangtze River Delta. In order to promote the urban land resource efficient allocation and rapid e- conomic development among 16 cities in Yangtze River Delta in the future, this paper brought forward that establishing the united urban land market of Yangtze River Delta is a very valid method to resolve the land resource shortage in Yangtze River Delta.
