金属构件激光增材制造技术是三维打印技术研究的热点,其比较成熟的制造工艺包括激光熔化沉积技术和激光选区熔化技术。轻合金以其优良的综合性能而广泛应用于航空航天、医疗等行业,因此与其相关的激光增材制造技术已经成为国内外竞相开展的重要研究方向。在介绍以钛合金和铝合金等轻合金激光增材制造研究现状的基础上,分析了其存在的主要问题,并讨论了现阶段国内研究的部分热点及其发展趋势:专用粉末研发、基础理论研究及高效、高性能构件制造等。
Laser additive manufacturing technology of metallic component is a research hot spot of 3D printing technology. Laser melting deposition (LMD) and selective laser melting (SLM) are two types of main laser additive manufacturing technolo gy. Light alloys are widely used in aeronautics and astronautics, medical and other industries because of their excellent compre hensive performance. Therefore, laser additive manufacturing technology of light alloy components has become a focus in do mestic and foreign researches. Based on the introduction research status of laser additive manufacturing technology of titanium alloy and aluminum alloy, the major problems of laser additive manufacturing of light alloy components were discussed. Final- ly, some research focuses and development prospects were also pointed out, such as special powders, basic theory, high efficiency and high performance component manufacturing.
