目的：探讨以甲肿一号方（已获国家发明专利）外敷及内服中药联合治疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿（Graves病）的疗效观察。方法：将80例Graves病患者分为治疗组（联合治疗）40例及对照组（单用西药）40例观察,比较治疗前后临床症状、甲状腺功能及不良反应和副作用的发生比率。结果：治疗3个月后治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,且不良反应及副作用的发生明显少于对照组。结论：甲肿一号方外敷及内服中药联合治疗Graves病疗效确切,且优于单纯西药组。
英文摘要：
Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Graves disease treated by goiter No. 1 formula（ national patent）and herbal decoction. Methods ：The patients were divided into two groups ：treatment group（ goiter No. 1 formula and herbal decoction） including 53 patients and control group （western medicine）including 27 patients. Then the symptoms, thyroid function and reaction were compared between two groups. Results：Conclusion：The curative effect of Graves disease treated by goiter No. 1 formula（ na- tional patent）and herbal decoction is definite and more effective.
