研究了4种减少剂不同复配比例对石人沟铁矿全尾砂新型胶凝材料(不含水泥,由工业废渣组成)28d强度的影响。结果表明:充填体强度随着减水剂不同复掺含量强度相差很大,当萘系(NX)、氨基(AJ)、木钙(MG)、脂肪族(ZF)4种外加剂的复掺含量分别为0.6%、0.1%、0.0%、0.6%(占胶凝材料的质量分数),料浆质量分数70%,胶砂比1:10时,养护28d的全尾砂胶结充填体强度可达到4.13MPa,是相同条件下未掺减水剂试块强度的1.6倍。通过X射线衍射和扫描电镜分析,减水剂使新型胶凝材料水化更加彻底,结构更加完整、致密.
The effects of different compound ratio of 4 types of water-reducers on the 28 d strength of neotype whole-tailings ce- menting materials ( containing no cement, being composed of in- dustrial waste residue ) in Shirengou Mine was investigated. Re- sults show that the differences of backfilling body strength are very significant with the different compound ratio of water-reduc- ers. As the mass compound ratio of water-reducers is 0.6% for naphthalene (NX), 0.1% for aminosulfonic(AJ), 0. 0% for lig- nosulfonate(MG) and 0. 6% for aliphatic(ZF), with the slurry concentration being 70% and the ratio of the cementing material to whole-tailings 1: 10 , the strength of the whole-railings ce- menting backfilling body for curing of 28 d could reach 4.13MPa, which is 1.6 times of blank specimen at the same concentration and cement-sand ratio. By the analyses of X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy, water-reducers bring about higher hydration degree of cementing materials, more compact and com- plete inner microstructure formed in cement stone.
