以Fenton试剂产生的羟基自由基为氧化剂,在自制的鼓泡反应器内进行了Fenton试剂氧化降解煤矿瓦斯气体的初步试验,研究了反应时间,H2O2浓度,Fe2+浓度,初始pH值等因素对瓦斯降解效率的影响,通过正交试验确定了各因素的影响程度.结果表明,Fenton试剂对煤矿瓦斯有较好的降解效果,对于体积分数为4.9%的瓦斯气体,当反应时间为30 min,c(H2O2)=100 mmol/L,c(Fe2+)= 2.0 mmol/L,初始pH值为2.5时,瓦斯的最高降解率达25%.
With the hydroxyl radicals generated by Fenton reagent as the oxidant, complicated experimental re- searches of oxidative degradation coal-mine gas by Fenton reaction were carried on in a self-designed bubbling reactor. The influences of reaction time, H2O2 concentration, dosage of Fe2+ and initial pH value were inves- tigated respectively. The influences of above factors were also studied by designing the orthogonal experiments. The experimental results show that Fenton reaction can decompose coal-mine gas under a certain reaction con- dition. Coal-mine gas removal efficiency of 25% was achieved under optimal reaction conditions of 100 mmol/L H2O2, 2.0 mmol/L ferrous ion, and initial pH value of 2.5 after 30 min.
