为了研究开窗洞砌体墙片的抗震性能,该文依据北川电信局职工住宅楼底层开窗洞的纵墙设计了一组开窗洞的墙片,通过现浇楼板把3片平行布置的墙片连接到一起建立模型。在楼板上施加配重模拟上部5层荷载,使其与原型结构具有相同的轴压比。在墙片的一端施加低周水平反复荷载进行拟静力试验。获得开窗洞墙片在分级水平荷载作用下的破坏形态和抗力特性,并提炼了反映墙片本构关系的骨架曲线。研究结果表明:开窗洞口高度范围内的墙肢易发生剪切破坏,在结构设计中应引起足够的重视,加强其抗剪强度;洞角处应力集中,墙体容易在此处出现阶梯型裂缝,若想提高砌体的开裂荷载应在洞角处加强构造措施;竖向正应力对砌体的破坏形态和承载力有重要影响。
In order to study the seismic performance of masonry walls with window openings, according to the bottom longitudinal wall with window openings of Beichuan Bureau staff residential building ,we design three pieces wall with window openings, arranged in parallel way and connected by cast--in--place floor to be a model. The counterweight in the simulation of the five layer floor apply on the floor so that the model has the same axial compression ratio with the prototype structure. In order to obtain the failure model and resistance characteristic of the window opening wall under the horizontal load, and the skeleton curve of the constitutive relation,low cyclic horizontal load is applied at one end of the wall to perform quasi static test. The results of the test show that:within the height range of the window openings wall limb, shear failure easily occurs. We should pay enough attention to it in the structural design,and strengthen the shear strength of wall limbl stress concentrated in hole corners,and ladder type cracks are easy to appear here.If you want to improve cracking load of the masonry,measures to strengthen the structure should be taken in the openings angle;Vertical normal stress of masonry has important influences on the failure patterns and bearing capacity.
