为进一步研究玄武岩FRP(Fiber—Reinforced Polymer)杆体的优越性,以3组不同配比杆体在放在10kN拉力材料试验机上进行加载,并绘制拉力一变形曲线;然后根据试验结果设计正交试验,确定最佳配比并分析破坏机理。研究结果得出:杆体的抗拉强度随稀释剂丙酮含量的增加而降低,弱稀释剂加入过多,则会导致杆体劈裂;而固化剂对杆件的抗拉强度影响不大。杆体的破坏应力为200~235MPa,弹性模量为1950~2100MPa,韧性为0.1左右。
In order to further study the superiority of Basalt FRP (Fiber-Reinforced Polymer) rod, three groups of different ratio rods were loaded on the 10 kN tensile testing machine and some rallydeformation curves were drawn. Then orthogonal experiment according to the test results was designed to determine the best ratio and analyze the failure mechanism. The results showed that with the increase of the content of thinner acetone, the tensile strength of rod decreased, and if adding too much weak thinner, the rod can be fracture. But the curing agent has litlle effect on tensile sterength of rod. The failure stress of the rod is 200 - 235 MPa with elastic modulus of 1 950 - 2 100 MPa and toughness of around 0. 1.
