采用模糊综合判断法、综合评价法两种数学方法,从扩展可利用空间潜力、提高生产能力潜力、降低生产成本潜力和整理的实现潜力等4个方面构建了14个评价指标的上饶市耕地整理综合潜力评价指标体系、确定了权重。以县为单元进行初步分区,找出两种方法的分区差异,其次对于差异县以乡为单元根据主导因素进行细分,通过综合分析,确定耕地整理综合潜力的最终分区,将上饶市分为3个潜力级别。研究结果表明:提出的基于两种方法对比的耕地整理综合潜力分区方法更具科学性,能有效反映分区单元的共性与差异,完善耕地整理综合潜力分区的理论与方法,为上饶市耕地资源保护与耕地整理项目的合理布局提供一定依据。
The purpose of this paper is to put forward a integrated zoning methodology based on the con- trast of two zoing methods, improving the theory and methodology of arable land consolidation zoing at city lev- el.The methods adopted in this paper are fuzzy evaluation and comprehensive evolution. 14 evaluation indices from the aspects of spatial explosion, productive potential, production cost and real potential are selected for evaluation.The zoing process includes the primary zoing based on two methods and the final zoing based on the contrast of the results.Shangrao City is classified into 3 potential zones ,which is proved to be more considerable.This research is expected to be constructive in arable land protection and arrangement of arable land consolidation projects.
