Genipin is an iridoid compound,and has shown anti-thrombus,antidiabetics,antitumor,anti-dementia,anti-inflammatory and other pharmacological activities.In recent years,people obtain a series of Genipin derivatives on anti-Alzheimer＇s disease activity by the structure modification.In this work,a review of Genipin and its derivatives on anti-Alzheimer＇ s disease activity has been provided.
