目的调查广东石油化工学院在校大学生心理现状,筛选可能存在心理障碍的学生,以期为提高大学生心理综合素质提供理论依据.方法采用分层整群抽样法选取2 0 1 4年6 月- 2 0 1 5 年1 2月广东石油化工学院大-至大三学生2 0 0 0名为研究对象,采用症状自评量表（ SCL - 9 0 ）进行调查.结果与全国大学生常模比较,广东石油化工学院大学生的强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁及偏执评分[（2.03 ±0.54）分、（2.13 ±0.59）分、（1.93 ±0.52）分、（1.72 ±0.51）分、（1.94 ±0.51）分]均较高,差异有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）;-年级大学生人际关系敏感、抑郁和焦虑、敌对和精神病性评分分别为（1.96 ±0.59）分、（1.99±0.52）分、（1.75 ±0.51）分、（1.78 ± 0 . 4 8 ）分和（1.65 ± 0 . 4 7 ）分;二年级分别为（1.92 ± 0 . 6 5 ）分、（1.80 ± 0 . 6 4 ）分、（1.64 ±0.58）分、（1.73 ±0.69）分和（1.60 ±0.58）分;三年级分别为（1.84 ±0.56）分、（1.85 ±0.61）分、（1.68 ±0.72 ）分、（1.70 ±0.40）分和（1.57 ±0. 38）分;不同年级上述评分差异有统计学意义（P 均〈0.05）.结论广东石油化工学院大学生普遍存在强迫、焦虑、偏执、抑郁等心理症状,且年级越低的大学生越可能出现上述问题.

英文摘要：

Objective To investigate the mental status for college students of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology,screen out the potential students with psychological disorders and provide the theory basis on the improvement of their comprehensive mentalquality. Methods 2000 freshmen, sophomores or juniors students from June 2014 to December 2015 in Guangdong University of PetrochemicalTechnology were selected with stratified cluster sampling method, and they were investigated with SCL -90. Results Compared with the normalstate of national college students, the evaluation scores of anancastia, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, depression and stubbornnessfor college students of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology were higher[ （2.03 ±0.54）,（2.13 ±0.59）,（1.93 ±0.52）,（1.72 ±0.51） and （1. 94 ±0. 51） , P 〈0. 05]. The evaluation scores of interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility and mentaldisease for freshmen were （1.96 ±0.59）,（1.99 ±0.52）,（1.75 ±0.51）,（1.78 ±0.48）and（l .65 ±0.47） ;the evaluation scores of sophomore were（1.92 ± 0.65） ,（1. 80 ±0.64） , （1.64 ± 0.58） , （1.73 ±0.69） and （ 1. 60 ± 0. 58 ） ; the evaluation scores of junior were （ 1. 84 ± 0. 56）,（1.85 ± 0. 6 1 ）,（ 1.68 ± 0. 7 2 ）,（ 1.70 ± 0. 40） and （ 1.57 ± 0. 38 ） , there was significant difference among different grade for aboveitems（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion For college students of Guangdong University of Petrochemical Technology, their mental symptoms ofanancastia, anxiety, stubbornness and depression are widespread, especially for the lower grade college students.
